[Everything doTERRA] Shampoo/Conditioner being rejected by Pro-organics??

Hi,

 

So I don't know much about "being organic" and using "all-natural" products but since I have the doTERRA shampoo/conditioner i've been telling people about it...and it's quite distressing not to be able to answer people who know SO MUCH about that and ask me about our hair products and why the first ingrediants are WATER (which require require preservatives - i.e. BAD) and ALCOHOL (which is drying to the hair and scalp)...what do I say? How can I respond...other than "well you can always use the oils and leave the other products".
