[Everything doTERRA] Re: Out of Control Eczema!

I have terrible eczema and tried topical oils first.  Melaleuca and lavender helped a little bit; frankincense helped a little bit.  It's only when I took some oregano internally and it cleared up significantly that I realized that my skin issues stemmed from internal candida.  I have done the GX assist and PB assist several times and that is the only thing for me that keeps it away.  The first time I started with one GX pill at a time (because they were strong) and worked my way up from there.  I also try to stay away from dairy, gluten, and sugar.  It's a lot of work, but for me it's worth it to have clear skin!!
