I just helped someone with laryngitius the other day I told her to put 2 drops of marjoram in a shot glass with warm water gargle for as long as possible then swallow it. Herr response "Just tried the marjoram in a shot glass and my throat feels so relieved. It seems to have even taken some of the tightens away from my chest." I also told her to try filling a basin with hot water then place 3-4 drops peppermint oil in water take a wash cloth soak in water wring it out and place on throat or chest. I did not hear if it has helped but I am sure it did.

Ok... I have a nurse friend who is in my down line that is frustrated because they can't seem to get over sickness in their house. She now has laryngitus. I remember hearing somewhere about an oil that is not listed in the me book. Anyone know what that would be? I need to get her better before she starts to doubt the oils. Thanks.--
