[Everything doTERRA] Re: busted aroma ace

Hello Sarah,

No worries! It is not as bad as you think.
Although dumping EO into the pump does indeed completely ruin the pump.
The Aroma-Ace can be fixed! Diffuser World understands that accidents happen and we want you to enjoy your Aroma-Ace for many, many years.
We are a U.S. Manufacturer and a Utah Company that stands behind our products 100%
The Aroma-Ace is covered by a full year warranty and although dumping oil into the pump is not covered we are willing to completely rebuild your Aroma-Ace with all new parts at our cost.
That's just $30!  ~AND~  While we can, I will even pay for shipping your re-built Aroma-Ace back to you!

To have your Aroma-Ace repaired just box it up and be sure to include the Atomizer Attachments (so that we can completely test your Aroma-Ace before shipping it back to you).
Print out the RMA Form that I have attached to this post and use your original order number as the RMA Number.
Fill out the form as completely as possible and send it in the box to the address on the form.
Include a check for $30 to Diffuser World Inc.

In about a week you will receive your Aroma-Ace back working as good as new!

I hope that this service will help you and any others in the group that have that OOPS that sometimes happens.

Essentially Yours,

Jeff Shepherd CEO
Diffuser World Inc.
The Global Leader in Diffuser Technology.

I just realized that I broke my aroma ace after having it less than a month.  I must have tipped it over while an oil bottle was in it while I was transporting it.  I think I got oil in the air pump (?) because it now guzzles oil and leaks it out through all the cracks of the diffuser.  I am so sad!  Are there any tips out there on how I might be able to fix this or should I just resign myself to buying another one?
