When I first started oils, lemongrass and Vetiver would give me horrible headaches, just one drop. I went through cleanse and now they are my favorites! I had to do the cleanse a few times though.

I had a friend with a similar reaction to Slim & Sassy, though without the vomiting. She took a tiny amount, touched it to her tongue and rubber the remainder on her wrist. Within minutes she had a severe headache. I gave her FCO to touch to her tongue and rub on temples and it seemed to help, but it was a little unsettling for us both. This lady is very body aware and can easily sense things going on inside, was this just the start to a good cleanse or...? Thanks, and thanks for letting me piggy-back megco! Becky
