[Everything doTERRA] Re: carb intake and Slim and Sassy

Thanks Jan, will give it a go.. have a heavy session at the Gym in
the am tomorrow and for pre training I was going to have the S& S and
trim shake. Hopefully I can manage the heavy lifting. Although its
only for 35 minutes, the sessions are quite intense :(
