I make a mixture of equal parts oregano, onguard, and melaleuca to fill a bottle 1/2 way.  i then add fco to the bottle to fill it.  i put 1 drop 4 or 5 times a day directly onto my sons abscesses.  if it burns; just dilute it more.  it is gone in 6 to 12 hours later.  keep in mind his is only the size of a dime.  so they aren't huge.  works for us.
