I think she's afraid that the lemon water will dissolve the mesh? The lemon
water goes to the gut, the mesh is outside the bladder supporting it. The
two doesn't meet so I believe there should not be any problem. Just my
thought.

Do you know why she is worried? Was she given warnings about ingesting
certain foods or substances after the surgery? I don't know much about
these implants, but I would think that they are made out of metal like
titanium and be pretty hardy, but maybe not. Even so I would think
that by the time everything she's eating/drinking gets to that part of
the digestive system, where it is going to be eliminated, it is no
longer going to be an essential oil. It will have been absorbed along
the way in the digestive tract, the intestines, gone through the liver
etc. Unless she was specifically told by the surgeon to avoid certain
foods, I don't see why there would be an issue ...
