Read through the paper I attached and if you want to learn to muscle test it really enables you the freedom of seeing what works best for you.

Have no idea how to muscle test  but I will give the corriander a go
internally..hopefully it will work -  I need it go down from 6.7 mmol
to 5 (which is where I'm usually am without the Methyl Prednisloe)
