You do 10 days of GX assist and after that is done you do the PB. GX
kills the candida, PB replaces it with good flora. Are you drinking a
lot of water? Like a minimum of 2 quarts daily (don't include other
liquids in this count). I wouldn't take the LLV with the GX assist. If
it too much then just stop, start the PB Assist and add lemon to your
water daily for a month and then if you feeling good, try some slim n
sassy. Try the GX again in 3 months. If you haven't already eliminate
white flour, white rice, white potatoes and sugar from your diet.
