[Everything doTERRA] Re: Pulled Hamstring

Try layering the deep blue and deep blue rub.

Dr Hill recommended putting deep blue on first, waiting for about
30sec-1min for it to be absorbed. Then layer deep blue rub over the
top. I recommend watching the deep blue webinar if you haven't
already.

I did this to an aromatouch clients quad muscle the other night as he
said it was painful from a soccer injury and it was better the next
day. A general aromatouch might be good as well as that will get the
deep blue into her system to work from the inside. The LLV could be
good as well for the internal anti-inflammatory effect. Along with
frankincense under the tongue and on the hamstring as well. When in
doubt, use frankincense!!!
