To use these oils effectively takes work and careful management of our time, remembering to take the oils and supplements throughout the day. It is getting easier for us, but at first, it was really difficult to stay on a good schedule to take these oils and supplements consistently. In many cases, just remembering to take the oils is huge, let alone taking time to apply heat afterwards. I think the same is with taking LLV at all the right times of the day. The best scenario would be to take advantage of the full effectiveness of this supplements and oils, and take them as prescribed. I have gotten to the point where I have put reminders in my phone so that I remember to take the oils and supplements throughout the day. I have created a schedule/protocol in word so that I can remember and be consistent. I am learning that consistency is the big key to making these oils and supplements be most effective. So far, my family has had incredible results. It surely hasn't been without alot of determination, consistency, and hard work. It has been so worth it though. I could go on and on about all the miracles that have taken place by taking these oils and supplements. The short of it, is if they are used right, they can provide amazing results!!!--
