[Everything doTERRA] other options for seasonal allergies?

so my daughter can't stand peppermint, or lavender, or on guard, or well just about any of the oils.. about the only one she will let me sneak in is lemon in water. 

so i can't get her to take the oils by mouth and she has the worst seasonal allergies, a dry cough for like 5 months straight. so any other ideas? oh and getting her to swallow a pill is near impossible too
