You are correct in your thoughts about lemon. I would have her start right away. I also would have her take capsules of equal drops of Oregano, Melaleuca and Lemon twice a day.

Hello, I received this email from my Aunt concerning my cousin.  She
travels a lot and is getting ready to travel outside of the country
again.  Here is the email that I received.  Wondering what suggestions

 She is still having some residual problems with intestinal problems
from her travels to Africa and Europe.  They have tested her for every
parasite they know and also done a colonoscopy.  Poor thing!  I worry
about her leaving, but she is now drinking some kind of herbal tea

the U with the international Travel Docs and they are supposed to be
extra great.  So, I'm hoping they are.  Then when they tested her
blood for malaria she shows no signs... so now they are wondering if
she was misdiagnosed, although she had all those horrible symptoms,
and they wonder if it was something else.

My first thought was Lemon in her water.  After the testimonial we
heard at convention, this was the first thing that came to mind.
