I would get the Zendocrine Blend and put it on topically, this will pull any toxins he may have. If it were me I would try that first and then report back and let us know if we need to go further.

doesn't sleep because of the spasms.  Sleeps with a heating pad on his
belly to keep the spasms at bay or he doesn't get any sleep.
