I FEEL YOUR PAIN! I'M GOING THROUGH THE SAME THING RIGHT NOW. I JUST WAS DIAGNOSED WITH FULL ON MENOPAUSE AT THE AGE OF 40. I AM STRUGGLING HARD WITH HOT FLASHES IN THE DAY AND NIGHT WET SWEATS AT NIGHT. I HEAR YOU ON THEM MAKING YOU MISERABLE! I CAN'T SEEM TO GET THEM UNDER CONTROL MYSELF. I'VE TRIED ALL OF WHAT YOU'VE MENTIONED. I WAS TAKING BIO IDENTICAL HORMONES FOR SOME TIME UNTIL MY HUSBANDS INSURANCE CHANGED. AND NOW THEY ARE NOT COVERED. SO LOOKING FOR ANSWERS TOO.

These are really miserable. Don't know if they would technically be
called night sweats, but I have had hot flashes for years and these
are triple my worst hot flashes!!
