Q: Why is my oil cloudy?
A: The citrus and tree resin oils will sometimes have waxes and other particulates present in the extraction. Citrus oils involve cold pressing the oils and the tree resin oils come from the tree sap. Although we try to mitigate the amount of such solids in these oils, they are always present. They are not foreign to the plant material and in no way change the effectiveness of the aromatic compounds in the extract.
