huge amount of time in my jetted tub with OTC brands of lavender,
ginger, ylangylang & peppermint. They helped with my nausea so
sometimes I would actually spend almost all day in the tub, warming
the water as it cooled & adding more oil. When I was introduced to
doTERRA I tried Deep Blue on my hips & around the tension line of my
head, around my ears & particularly in the "ditch" at the base of my
skull. Deep Blue helps with one kind of pain but my usual headaches it
only helps a little, before I got my PastTense I made a blend of
Marjoram, Peppermint, Lavender & Frankincense. I put it in the same
areas as the Deep Blue. Much success! Then the Past Tense arrived & I
fell in love, I can't believe how fast it works!!! Last week, however,
I had a headache that lasted 2 days & was still going strong. I used
my whole bottle of Past Tense but it only gave minimum relief. My
mentor Rosalie & her friend Jennifer suggested I try Frankinsence on
the roof of my mouth. That tasted awful but brought relief for about 2
hours. Later in the eve. I realized that what I had was a virus & put
OnGuard on my feet, quick relief! I used it every few hours for 12
hours & it was gone! Sometimes you just have to search for the thing
your body needs, it isn't always the same. I'm wondering if she was
fighting a virus which is why the usual remedies weren't "it".
