We have oils to reduce inflammation: frankincense, lavender, peppermint, immortelle, and serenity. Make a roller of, say, frankincense, lavender, and serenity (15 drops each), plus FCO to fill a 5 mL roller, and roll it on each pad on each of the dog's paws every 2 hours. The serenity and lavender will also calm the dog down a bit.
Also, how about having someone help you hold her down (if necessary) so you can really take a close look at the paw and the pads. Perhaps there's something stuck in there or she has a bite or sting of some kind, and that's what is bothering her.
The other thing is to carefully massage her spine with the inflammation roller oils and see if there's any link between the spine and her sore paw.
