[Everything doTERRA] Re: Building Question

When people on our teams become discouraged, we need to ask ourselves as leaders what WE are doing to help them along. Instead of stressing out, have a conversation with her about HER goals and what SHE needs to achieve them. Never make it about what YOU want, that is the fastest way to turn anyone off.

Does this person even WANT an income from doTERRA? That is the first thing you need to find out! If she does, how much are you doing to support her towards her goals? Are you in regular email contact? Do you do 3-way calls with her? Do you brainstorm through blocks? Do you send helpful links and advice? Do you connect via webinar? Are you helping her by placing people under her to encourage her, or is she getting discouraged because she is feeling all alone? In my experience, people who are getting the first level power of 3 bonus will rarely stop LRP. How close is she to achieving that, and is there anything YOU can do to help her create that?

If the person does NOT want an income from doTERRA then you may want to have a conversation with her as suggested by the previous poster.

Ask not what your IPCs are doing for you, ask yourself what YOU are doing to help THEM achieve their goals.
