You are experiencing what happens to each of us as we struggle to make a new rank or get power of 3s. This is just part of this industry. I recommend that you find one or more people who need a couple of oils and ask your missing link if you could order under her number and then deliver to you and you deliver to those who ordered, This might save you this month. If you have someone down in your group your diamond upline could counsel you on perhaps having the leg who doesn't fill their 100 PV give up their spot so you can continue to build. Otherwise find out early in the month and get loose orders to fill the gap. This is a little of the refining fire that makes you grow your business. You hang in there you are already where so many would give their eye teeth to be! Elite to Silver is a long road and another hard one is Silver to diamond.

However, this person has a team building under her so I don't know how to go about this.  It's going to prevent me from getting my 250 this month b/c the second leg didn't do their part:((

This is becoming quite stressful for me so any good advice will be appreciated.
