When I joined doTerra I had degenerative discs, in my lower spine. I started by applying Deep Blue everyday, then added cypress to that. In my second month I added Helichyrsum and put those three oils in a roller bottle for more efficient application.
I also started the supplements and now if I were still needing them I would use the DDR Prime. Another suggestion would be the Aroma Touch Technique.
