No it  it is not how it is forever, but while your body is cleansing and adjusting to this new life of natural wellness. You obviously have some detox issues. If you are taking the whole suggested dose then I propose that you take just half for now and do the GX Cleanse followed by the PB Assist. I would also add DDR Prime capsules to your daily regiment.
Then check back with us and let us know how you are doing.
