Cypress might be good for you...you can always apply this to the points on your feet for your sinuses or the pressure points on your face. Also, Deep Blue for your jaw bone, base of head, neck and shoulders. When we have issues in our sinuses lots of times we carry stress in those areas as well. If you are not avoid milk products, I would recommend starting that ASAP. At least for 2 weeks. Wishing you the best!
