Since we're talking about building there are two things that have been
discussed pretty heavily on the team I'm on, particularly with one of my
close friends who has her own team but we try and work together.
1. Burn out. Especially with Diamond Club, how do you deal with builders
who are so exhausted they can hardly see straight. Its like they are so
exhausted a switch has turned them off and can't seem to reset. Any ideas?
2. One thing that seems to be an ongoing issue (for almost all the teams
I know) is that you have a core group of people that do almost all the
work. They work hard to build their teams and are successful yet when
there is a weaker leg we have to focus on building it so we can
maintain, keep or achieve ranks. It ends up that we are kind of
rewarding those who do little and never reward those who are working hard.
As an example if we have a big event and 20 people come and we get two
new sign ups, frequently there are several people who worked the event
to make it happen yet the person who got the sign ups gets to chose
where to put them. They always seem to be placed on the team that does
nothing so the hard workers walk away feeling like they are building
someone else's team and not their own. We have webinars that say we need
to put them were we need them and yet other webinars that say we should
reward those who are doing the work. Thoughts? (Keeping in mind I don't
think there is a right absolute answer, just a problem for brainstorming
and thought).
