I know Susie says to build to rank, not to build to the power of three, but that is not consistent with what Justin Harrison, who is the master consultant, teaches. He teaches to build to the power of 3 and your rank will follow. We have had many conversations about this when I thought I was doing everything wrong! He just kept reasssuring me, "build to the power of three and your rank will come". So, just thought I would let you know that. Hope it goes well.

I have been signing up many IPCs, but I don't know where to place them because I don't have any serious builders. I want to keep building my team deeper, but it isn't smart to build below people who aren't building, right? What do I do with all of my non-builders, where do I place them?2. I have 3 people who specifically expressed interest in building when they signed up, but none has really done much. I moved in July, but two of them live close to our upline (including silver and diamond) and I made sure to give them IPC training and led a class for each prior to leaving. I made sure they were plugged in to the upline and my upline knows them and regularly calls me to see what they can do to support/help. My difficulty is I don't know what to tell them. My 'builders' will talk to me on the phone, tell me they are motivated, tell me they want to build, etc, etc, but there is always something they need to do that keeps them from moving forward. I have suggested ways around their roadblocks, but they either don't do anything or they come up with another challenge. One has spent a lot of money on her business cards, advertising, etc, but won't hold a class because she feels she lives too far out of town for people to come to her house, doesn't want to do it at a restaurant because she doesn't want people to think they need to get a meal, can't do one at the library because she can't sell anything, etc etc. Another lives in a poorer neighborhood so her friends can't join even when they are interested because they never have the money, and says she doesn't get out much, and keeps talking about needing to go to team meetings so she can work on her business but she doesn't have daycare at that time, even though I've told her all of the information she needs to get started.I am fully aware that I'm whining, but I am just so frustrated! Is it something I'm doing/not doing? Is there a disconnect or something I haven't done? What should I ask my silver/diamond uplines to help with (they live in the same town)?I've got my first power of three, and I'm making enough fast-start each month with new IPCs to cover my oils, but I really want to get this business growing, and I can't seem to get builders and/or convince them it's worth the investment of time/money. Thanks in advance for all the help/encouragement/tough love, guys!Cara
