Yes you should take the DDR Prime capsules along with the LLV and yes you should start slowly. For instance start with one capsule from each bottle (including DDR) for the first week and then continue to add capsules every 3-4 days until you have reached the recommended dose. If you start feeling uncomfortable then it means you are detoxing so go back to your last dose and stay there for about a month. Then add more if you want.
My daughter got off her antidepressants using the LLV and Balance, Serenity and Citrus Bliss. It has been over 2 years and she is doing great.

So i recently just started taking the essential oils alone  and believe that to be the issue at least for my stomach pains. I also noticed this when I have taken the Oregano internally. So I took the gx assist and the pg assist and still did not feel well so I stopped them all. Has anyone else had this problem? 

I feel my body does not handle the oils internally very well ????
