Re: [Everything doTERRA] help for Osteoporosis and HRT therapy, etc

Since doTerra is not a med I would not be concerned about doubling up.  I would start the Slim and Sassy to balance my edrenals,  I would also recommend the the Phytoestrogen for your hormonal issues and the DDR Prime with your supplements.
Be consistent with what you do and give it a full three months and then let us know how you are doing.

Hi,
Checked your list 1st, didn't see anything on this subject. I am almost 60 and I have gone thru menopause. I had a recent bone scan and was diagnosed with osteoporosis in my back, with T scores of -2.8.My adrenal system is completely backwards. I am recovering from a 1 inch carcenoma in my rt tonsil, which was removed and I was then treated to 6 wks of radiation. I am wondering if the essential oils would help with all my problems applying topically. At present, I am taking doterra vitamins.I take essential oils for sinus and stomach,Solace for HRT,Serenity for anxtiety. I am on DHEA, Pregnonalone, and Enerphos for the adrenals, plus I take Maca root caps for both adrenals and osteo, along with VitaK2. I want to know if I can safely take the oils for osteo, and oils listed for balancing estrogen , AND oils for the adrenal problem? When is too much, too much?? And am I inadvertantly, doubling up on meds?? Also, how often is it necessary to rescan for symptoms? Sorry, got a lot to throw at you!
