Re: [Everything doTERRA] AromaTouch Technique Waiver Form

There is no waiver available that I am aware of and I am a certified trainer. You are an independent business owner and will therefore have to come up with your own. There are a few things to be aware of. The first is you are not giving a massage, you are applying essential oils in a technique form. You can't charge for an actual massage if you are not a massage therapist. And if you do charge it can only be for the oils that you use.
I hope this helps you.

My husband and I have taken the AromaTouch Technique class and soon should have our certification. I am wondering if anyone has made a waiver form that has been approved by corporate for use?  I am hoping that once I receive the login that I may find it but until then I thought I would ask the large knowledge base that is here.

Oregon regulates massage therapy so AromaTouch is a gray area. I think there should be some type of waiver available because I am not a licensed massage therapist, but I am unsure about what it should even contain.  Any thoughts?

Thanks!
