Dr. Hill's response was to apply Roman Chamomile & Bergamot topically [I presume on the abdomen] & cover with a warm compress. He did not specifically recommend LLV, but if I'd asked, he'd probably have recommended because they are fabulous. According to the Modern Essentials book, Bergamot is in the citrus family, which I find interesting considering my sentence above about IC sufferers & citrus oils.
-- While I was standing in line waiting to ask Dr. Hill about IC, I chatted with a chiropractor who said her son-in-law suffers from IC. My notes from that conversation are cryptic, but they say: organic coconut oil & doTerra essential oils, long-term use of a probiotic [PB Assist], candida diet, NO SUGAR.

Hello everyone,Has anyone heard of or had any experience with Interstitial Cystitis? It feel very much like a UTI but the symptoms won't go away and there isn't a cure...only relief by managing the symptoms. I am hoping for some advice on what oils to blend and how best to take them for some relief.
Thank you so much, I appreciate any help!!
