[Everything doTERRA] Re: Broken ankle

HI Everyone,
In massage school we were taught to always massage the opposite side of the injury as it would help the injury to heal. It also helps the body to relax when its trying to heal. You can also massage above the break to help with healing. Hope she's better soon!

Thank you all for the suggestions. She has a full leg cast! So I'm putting oils on her toes and opposite ankle, and giving her the bone supplement. Praying she heals quickly! Thanks again!!

My 13-year old daughter broke her ankle last night. Since she has a cast, I won't be able to apply oils directly to her ankle. Are there oils she can take internally to help speed along the healing process? She's in a lot of pain and nauseous too. Thanks for any advice!
