[Everything doTERRA] I look ten years older!!!! HELP!!

This question is for my sister. I wasnt sure what to tell her. She has vitiligo and no thyroid

 She says: "I've done one round of GX/PB Assist and the zendocrine blend and supplements. I started the LLV on the 10th of Oct and suddenly I look ten years older!!! I'm 56 not 66! Whats going on? My cheeks aren't rosy and my skin looks dead. My coloring is horrible!  What is my body trying to tell me? Anyone else experiencing this?"
