I tried to lose weight starting last Spring, and was successful with Slim and Sassy and a good diet. When I reached my goal, I stopped the S&S, but still maintain a good diet. Trouble is, (I know, I shouldn't complain about this trouble) the weight just keeps coming off. I am now 10 pounds under my optimal weight. I feel great, better than I ever have before, but people are starting to ask me if I am sick, and I'm starting to wonder if there might be something going on.
I'm tempted to go see my Dr., but for what? Would a full blood panel show if there was something going on?
Any thoughts?
