Hi!

I never let myself run out of them!

They are great all year round for colds, tickles you get with allergies, dry mouth

And even if I want to freshen my breath!  I always carry them on the plane when I am traveling in case a person next to me is coughing!

Also as said in another reply great to share to some 

one new to doTERRA and essential oils.  
Love them!

But as I use them I can tell they would not only alleviate a sore throat, but would quiet a cough, so I'd say get them and try them for yourself.  They are also a really great way to share doTERRA.
