I have the same problem with the Amish. They have no computer no phone. They go to a phone booth or call me to place their orders. I have emailed service at doTERRA quite awhile ago, they said they would look into this. Nothing has been changed and it is upsetting to them. It would solve so much if the company would put a itemized receipt in like they use to. It is sad for those without the convience of computer and phone. Not much communication for them for 10% off, promotions, etc. It is costly to print and the postage for me too to send. A problem.
