Oops! I think I did something that made that send before I had typed
anything...I have struggled w/sugar too. For me, I think it is a
candida issue so it even helps me to think of the cravings as the
toxin in my body asking to be fed. It helps me to be able to say no
if I can think of it from that angle. I also just got a vitamix and
have been making smoothies w/stevia and that has helped alot! You can
make "ice cream" w/coc milk, stevia, a little agave or xylitol and
then whatever flavorings you like. It helps to have a treat that is
not a cheat! The cravings do lessen over time also. God bless you in
