well. I find that diffusing them at night while he sleeps makes a big
difference. I find that, for him since most of his allergies are
respiratory, inhaling is the most effective treatment. I keep a nasal
inhaler (one of the plastic ones that looks like a chapstick) with me
in my purse so if he gets an attack he can just inhale deeply on
that. Or, if he's too busy playing, I keep a roller bottle with
lemon, lavender and lemon premixed and just rub a bit under his nose
and off he goes. Rubbing it right under the nose works great for me
too when I'm going to do something like mow the lawn that really
aggravates my allergies.
