Thank you for starting an awesome conversation.
Ingesting oils is a totally personal choice and this discussion reminds me of how important it is to use the highest quality of oils possible because when you apply essential oils to your skin (or anything for that matter) they go directly into your bloodstream.
When you ingest the oils, they have still have to pass through the filters of kidneys and liver but skin application goes right in.
Like many here, I used the other company's oils for many many years and at some point they became almost caustic to me and I was beyond disappointed until I found doTerra.
