[Everything doTERRA] Re: Ingesting oils

Hi Debra,
I have been ingesting doTERRA oils since the beginning, when they had only a few. Most of the concern about ingesting essential oils comes from the past when essential oils were not pure. Today, doTERRA essential oils, with all of the testing (7 tests in all for every batch of oil that comes in), I feel confident that our oils are safe and benefits all of our systems when ingested. I turn the On Guard bottle upside down and let it drop down that back of my throat when I want an extra dose of prevention. I put oregano, melaleuca & lemon in capsules and ingest them for several days to balance my intestines. (followed by several days of PB Assist of course!). Yes, I believe the oils are very safe and hugely beneficial to ingest.

Happy oiling!

I would like to find out more about ingesting the Doterra oils. How safe it is... how about if you do more than one or two? How long has this been monitored? are there some conditions where it might be harmful? What happens if you don't dillutte  what says you should dilute and you just drink lots of water afterwards?

Is there anyone who has been experimenting for a long time with ingesting the oils?

I would like to talk to you.

Thanks so much,
Debra
