[Everything doTERRA] Best oils to use for a colitis flare up

Hi everyone:)

   I have seen a lot of posts for dealing with colitis, but has anyone had any luck treating a flare up with certain oils?  I use digestzen and peppermint often.  Thinking of ordering helichrysum....has anyone ever used that?  Thanks for any help that you can give!
