I don't think I want to go the capsule route. someone mentioned the capsules are made of carengenen and I already  have problems with that. 

How do you now what oils need to be taken with food and such? 

I either have taken them straight.. like the on guard.. or put it in a shotglass and mixed it with water. 

what is PB assist? 

I really wish I had someone who uses the oils for a long time.. to call me and chat and help me figure it out. The woman who sold me them travels, is very busy and had a young toddler and I don't get the sense she really has time to chat. I have so many questions. I reached out to the person above her on her up line and she friended me on facebook but has not said she will work with me. I just wrote her again. If she doesn't have time for me, I'll reach up to the person above her.

I bought the book that was reccomended. But I have tons of questions and I want to talk to a real person .. someone who either uses it and sells it.. or just uses it.
