My experience has been 1 drop for babies, 2 drops for kids and 2 to 4 drops for teens and adults. The more serious the condition, the more often you apply.
The minute my kids start a cough or I see a runny nose, I immediately apply a couple drops of on gourd on their feet, and a drop or two of melaleuka and breathe on the lungs. If I do this at the first sign of a cold every 2 to 4 hours the first day, 95% of time it is over by the next day.
Like pat, said, they go right into the blood stream within about 20 seconds of application. They penitrate right through the cell walls and give the cells exactly what they need to help the body.
Its easy. You'll catch on
