I too had the same hemorrhagic stroke with right side, lost ALL for about a month.
I'm now 9 mos post and doing great. Your suggestions are what I needed to know!
I use cypress & geranium for night time spasms in leg. Don't have too much numbness left but enough to annoy.
A friend got me Immortelle too. I will implement these and see how I do!
