I puctured my hand (right where my finger attatches to my hand, on the underside) on a chicken wire fence. It is dirty but not rusty. It was used in my garden and stored in my shed. Anyway, I put on gurad and melelucia on it. Did I do the right thing...should I do something different? The wound is small and didn't even bleed...but I want to avoid infection and or any other related problems. thanks.
