[Everything doTERRA] Re: The rash I developed using Doterra's Clearskin foaming wash

Just read your post Kristen and the same thing has happened to me.  The first couple of time I used the foaming face wash my face seemed okay.  Last night I used it and immediately my face got red, slightly bumpy and leathery/rough skin feel, and a mini breakout seemed to be occurring.  I too am interested in anything that will help this go away!  Lavender oil?  If so, just apply all over face and how often/for how long?  Also interested in what doTerra had to say if anyone contacted them.  I too love the oils, so I'm hoping I'm not allergic to anything like that.  please advise.....

Much Thanks,
Tammy

I just got the foaming face wash a couple days ago and developed a rash on my face that burns. I tested the wash on my arm to see if that is what caused the reaction and the same thing has now happened on my arm. My face looks sunburned from a distance but when you get close you can see it is raised up off the skin.
So, I have a couple of questions.

Do you think the lavender and coconut oil helped and if so, how long did it take to heal?

Have you tried doterra's other face wash? I don't think it has that ingredient in it.

Did you contact doterra about the ingredient that is harmful? I would like to know what they said if you did. I am planning to call Monday.  I hope to be able to get my money back.

It makes me happy to know it may be another ingredient and not the oils I am reacting to. I love my oils.
Thanks,
Kristen
