The yellow could be from Wild Orange in the On Guard. It has a yellow/orange color. And, if you're not diluting it much, it might turn the skin yellow. I put On Guard neat on my children's feet each night, and the bottoms of their feet are slightly yellow from it. My fingers get yellow from lemongrass, even just a drop. But it fades after a while.
