[Everything doTERRA] Re: Substitute for Ibuprofen

If you are wanting an internal pain reliever we have used these three VERY successfully:  6 drops frankincense and 6 drops marjoram in a capsule.  Then there is the 6 drops frankincense, 6 drops basil, and 6 drops lemongrass that is FABULOUS, then you can also try 4 frankincense, 4 marjoram, and 4 lavender.  Now, that is for VERY SEVERE pain.  You probably won't need that much, so I would start with a lesser amount of drops for each one of these and then just add 1 drop at a time till you see what works.  No use using 6 drops if 3 will do the trick!  That is just my suggestion.

I have some painful joints from being hard on them, old injuries, and just being a human in general.  I have taken ibuprofen for it in the past, but after my second child I became allergic to it, and all NSAIDs.  I'm wondering, is there something I could take internally that will do the same job?  I've tried deep blue, white fur, frank, lemongrass, basil, aromatouch, cypress...it all helps, but only a little bit and for a very short amount of time.
