Dr Hill actually suggested it. He said that he does it for just a short time while all the oil absorbs. I am a Vegas girl and even though I live in St. George now, I don't often wear shoes and socks. But in the morning after applying the oils I wear socks until I am ready to put on the sandals or flip flops (and sometimes shoes, LOL).
