How much are you putting in the capsules Ellen? How long have you been doing this? How do you do the Aroma Touch? Sitting? I would think after surgery it would be painful to lie down on the front side. And the beauty is we don't NEED to be doctors! :)

Lemongrass in capsule for inflammation, and cilantro for heavy metal removal. This is part of what I do.
