When my daughter and sister had it this is what we did: antiviral blend on the spine and feet all day long, often, melaleuka rubbed on the spots in her mouth, and frank rubbed on the spots on hands and feet. Melaleuka did nothing for her hand and foot spots but as soon as I put the frank on, the spots were gone in about 2 days. Normally this can last up to 3 miserable weeks but with the oils you can have it gone within days.
